Evivo is a once-daily probiotic powder that you mix with a small amount of your breast milk and feed to your baby with a dropper. It contains a specific, single type of beneficial bacteria called B. infantis, which throughout human history, was passed from mom to baby in the process of giving birth. B. infantis is activated by certain nutrients in breast milk and creates a protective gut environment against potentially harmful bacteria. Recent studies suggest that babies who lack beneficial gut bacteria in infancy are more at risk for obesity, food and other allergies, and diabetes later in life. Evivo is an amazing product that could improve the lives of thousands of babies but first, we would need to help Evivo stand out in a crowded category with brands that have been recognized and trusted for generations.
Building a brand from the ground up starts with strategy and an identity. I build a set of guidelines and templates that helped highlight the brands unique place in the crowed market.
We launched the campaign by creating an original series of iconic and evocative photographs to serve as the bedrock of our campaign. These photos aimed to capture the essence of a mother’s strength in black and white images that are natural, striking, raw and beautiful.
We also asked the Evivo moms to share what it's like to be a new mom and to pass on a message to their newborn baby. Using the footage we created three short videos and shared them online.
